Welcome to our website, set up to provide residents of the estate with information and contact details.
The estate is currently maintained by 3 seperate managment companies, these are:-
Each management company is responsible for seperate areas of the estate and each use a managing agent to perform the day to day activites related to managing those areas.
As of Feburary 2025 the below information is correct.
Plas Brymbo Lanscaping Management Company LTD (PBLM-LTD) is responsible for the maintenance of a several shared areas and green spaces. These include the tree line behind Lamberton Drive, the childrens play area and grassed fields on Lamberton Drive, some of the embankment and footpaths on Phoenix Drive, the childrens play area and grassed fields near Sheppard Street and Bloom Avenue and the tree line and footpaths behind Bloom Avenue and Miller Road.
Car parks and apartment blocks are not currently included in the areas covered by PLBM-LTD and they are devided up between the other 2 management companies as shown below (correct as of Feburary 2025).
